Co-chef and owners Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette along with partner Will Malnati opened Toro in the iconic former Nabisco Factory. As South Chelsea's incarnation of Boston's Barcelona-style tapas bar, Chefs Oringer and Bissonnette feature an eclectic menu focusing on both traditional and modern tapas, combining regional Spanish flavors and techniques with local and market-fresh ingredients.

The Spanish-focused cocktail menu from our in-house team features a dedicated section of Spain's cocktail of choice, gin tonic variations. The wine program emphasizes Spain and the old world, with a focus on small producers and growers, and features an extensive sherry list. expect regional rotations exploring all the best Spain has to offer.

The 120-seat dining room channels the spirit of Barcelona's lively tapas bars and features a mix of both industrial and refined elements. With nods to the building's history as a factory as well as capturing the surrounding cityscape through expansive 18-foot windows, the space invites you to either dine with friends or enjoy a cocktail and quick bite at the sleek bar or busy plancha. And if you're really curious, order a porron off the wall guarded by the head of our well-fought Spanish bull.

Toro features Barcelona-inspired hot and cold small plates, designed to be served and enjoyed tapas-style.
